The Pedaler's Pub
good times, great food, and long rides


Our Wood fired pizzas are cooked at 800 degrees Fahrenheit for 2 minutes which yields one of the tastiest pizzas you have ever put in your mouth. The Pedaler's Pub uses local white and red oak wood to fuel the fire.  We use only 00 Italian wheat flour, you will love the result, a thin crust that makes an absolutely delicious pie.   


Pub favorites

 Bowl of fresh cut fries:     a shareable basket of our handcut fries.... $7

Loaded fries:   our handcut fries topped with an in house beer cheese, ranch, hot sauce, and bacon crumbles.  $11

Curry Chips:   A bowl of our hand cut fries, smothered with a mild chicken curry.  $111

Caprese:   Stacks of Fresh mozzarella, Basil, and tomatoes, drizzled with Olive oil and Balsamic vinaigrette.. $9

Spinach Artichoke dip:   our in house spinach artichoke dip served with pizza chips. $8

Garlic Breadsticks:  Roasted garlic and olive oil, shredded mozzarella, cooked in the wood oven. $9

the Power Rueben:  corned beef and pastrami on marbled rye with swiss cheese, and thousand island.  $9

Turkey Bacon:   thinly sliced turkey breast and bacon, sharp cheddar cheese, avocado, and red onion.  $8

Steak sandwich:  thinly sliced ribeye steak on  toasted sourdough with sauteed onions, mushrooms,  horseradish cheddar cheese, with pesto  $10

Southwest chicken sandwich---  with chipotle gouda cheese, spicy ranch, spicy slaw,  on sourdough, served with chips.  $10

Cheeseburger:  griddle cooked burger and fries, with letttuce, tomato, pickle, onion, and your choice of cheese, gruyere, cheddar, swiss, or provolone.   $8

Mushroom Swiss burger:  Griddle burger topped with swiss cheese and sauteed mushrooms and onions, served with fries.  $9

the Petit Jean burger:  Griddle burger topped with sauteed onions and grilled petit jean ham, served with fries.  $10

Slaw burger:   griddle burger topped with our homeade spicy slaw and in house tangy/sweet BBQ sauce and fries.  $8

The Philly burger:   gridddle burger with provolone cheese, topped with grilled onions, garlic, and green pepper, with fries. $9

Black bean burger:   Made in house and served with fries.  $9

Pedaler's favorite salad:  romaine, spinach, cabbage, grn. pepper, alfalfa sprouts, sunflower seeds, slivered almonds, dried cranberries, croutons, ground black pepper, and vegan mozzarella cheese.  $12  add black bean burger or beyond meat burger for $3

Veggie salad:   Romaine, spinach, and cabbage, green pepper, alfalfa sprouts, shredded carrots, Blk. and grn olives, cut cherry tomatoes, croutons $9

the freshie sandwich:  vegan medium cheddar and shredded mozzarella, alfalfa sprouts, avocado, spinach, spicy mustard, on marbled rye.  served with     chips and spicy slaw.  $9

black bean burger:  Made in house, served with chips, spicy slaw, lettuce, tomato, pickle, and onion.  $10

Pedalerbello burger:  grilled portobello mushroom cap, cooked with a veggie stock reduction, seasoned and stuffed with house made hummus, and topped with lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle.   $12

Loaded vegan fries:   Olive oil, garlic, onions, green pepper, green and black olive, shitake, button, and portobello mushrooms, sunflower seeds, and slivered almonds, topped with creamy vegan mozzarella.  $11

Vegan Pizzas:   our normal pizza crust is already vegan!  our housemade cauliflower crust is vegan and gluten free and soy free (add $3).  we use a dairy free, soy free mozzarella chees that melts creamy and has a wonderful taste.   You add whatever ingredients that suit your tastes. 

Cheezy vegan garlic breadsticks:  Roasted garlic and olive oil base, with medium cheddar and shredded mozz.  $12

The vegan Fungi pizza:  a mushroom lovers favorite!  Shitake, button, and portobello mushrooms on a roasted garlic and olive oil base.  $16

The Vegan Greenie:  all veggies, with artichoke hearts, onions, green pepper, black olives, fresh spinach on a red sauce base, finished with coarsely ground pepper.  $15
